This page gathers the rules you meet most often and answers them in the order they come up. It is a summary, not the contract. The full terms and the bonus rules are accepted at registration, and they take precedence wherever the wording differs from anything here.
Who may hold an account?
Adults aged 18 or over, one account to a person. The name, date of birth and address on the profile must match the documents used for verification, and a payout is sent only to a destination in that same name. A duplicate profile is closed and any bonus on it removed.
What rules govern a bonus?
Every bonus is wagered 35x the bonus amount, and the bonus alone. Bets are limited to £5 a round for as long as wagering is outstanding, and buying a game's feature or bonus round with bonus money is not allowed. The most that bonus funds can pay out is £2,000. Cash is spent before bonus money, a bonus below £0.10 is closed, and requesting a withdrawal cancels a bonus you have not used. Some titles and studios are excluded, as the bonus rules list.
What limits apply to money?
Deposits start at £20 and withdrawals at £25. Payouts are capped at £4,000 a day, £10,000 a week and £20,000 a month. A separate profit cap applies over any rolling 72 hours by account tier, and profit above it may be voided.
